All the material comes directly from Colville Reservation. The hide is either from elk, white tail or mule deer.
The hide for this drum got special preparation to make it more moisture resistant.
The frame is 24 pieces of pine wood glued together with water resistant glue.
The wood comes from the tribal owned lumber mill.
All components of the drum are carefully processed.
