Northern Drum Group
The Black Eagle singers are from Jemez Pueblo, NM. They were formed in 1989 by Malcom Yepa and a group of cousins. They are a tight knit group that are descendants of the once powerful Pecos Pueblo People. They reside in Jemez Pueblo, NM, where their traditional lifestyle dictates everything they do. The Black Eagle Singers dedicate this recording to the Zachary Homer family of Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico and to all those who have touched our lives and influenced us.
