Geometric Peruvian Amazon Gourd Rattle
Native Handmade in Peru
This is a Peruvian Amazon gourd rattle with chonta stick handle.
The handle is wrapped with vegetable fibres. The end has a cord hanger, the top colourful feathers.
Around the whole rattle is a hand-carved geometric design. At the top is a decoration with feathers.
Photo shown exhibits style variations - the geometric is available; each rattle is unique.
Size and shape of gourd varies as does sound.
